LMC
Laurus Manus Concordia is latin, and a metaphor for "Victory through Teamwork". We are a multi-gaming community dedicated to reaching the heights of coordination and teamwork (both tactically in games, and communally as friends).

We recruit for many games, although our primary genre would be tactical first person shooters. Many of us also regularly play a variety of genres from RTS, MMO, and casual browser based games. We are continually expanding into other gaming spheres and welcome players from all genres, whether casual or competitive.

Organization
LMC is owned by the community, and led by a council of capable leaders who are dedicated and of high integrity. All major decisions are made by unanimous vote to ensure compromise and fairness.

Honor
We operate by a code of conduct that emphasizes honor, respect, and maturity. We expect the best from people, but don't abandon them when they are struggling. We support each other.

Tactics
Dedicated to coordination and creativity, LMC works together to accomplish our aims to reach tactical excellence. Focused on bringing strategic satisfaction to our members, we foster an environment always receptive to new ideas and people.

Growth
LMC is the result of gamers wanting a mature and fun loving community. We have been around for several years now, and plan to expand indefinitely. We are always looking for mature, team-oriented gamers.

We just launched a Teamspeak3 server just for our Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad 32 player server!

Please join if you are playing in the server. Get tactical with your team. We will continue to use this server until TWI fixes the broken in-game voice chat.

After only one day we able to get our 32 player server FULL! And what brilliant games we've had already.

open ro2.lmcgaming.com(the in-game server browser is still very buggy and causes crashes)

Please join us when you can in our RO2 server for great times. We are considering getting a TeamSpeak server just to mirror the RO2 server (since RO2 in-game voice chat is pretty broken). That way hopefully most of the players in the server will be able to communicate and we can get to the teamwork.
