Works fine for me... But we are aware of the chatbox having issues in general, we will be doing a full site reinstall very shortly! =)

Yeah but that was only for about a week. I get it sometimes too bubbles, be it works once i restart the browser.. Never really had a problem since.. Is it an all the time thing?

yep.. its happening in the computer class and at home too.. not sure what version of firefox do we have in the computer class but at home i have the latest... might be a firefox related issue?
