There is absolutely NO objective information it that post that helps me AT ALL to make a decision lol. When I hear comments like that I actually tend to think "Fan Boy/Girl" and just avoid the product because it means it must not be good enough for the person to actually be able to list a single strength. lol No offense intended. I do really appreciate you sharing your opinion and advice, but you know me... I know my hardware, I know the friggin names of the chips in the mice... so simply saying "this one!" without at least a unbiased objective review tells me nothing that 500 forums tell me online with a simple google search lol. I do know that you are a very talented player so if you tell me WHY you love it, it will likely influence my decision greatly. Aloha =)

In my opinion the best FPS gaming mouse is a mouse that works. i'd rather have a mouse that works and that i can kill with than a fancy mouse

Another Question is which do you think is more accurate? The DeathAdder 3G or DeathAdder 3.5G?

I use a 20$ Logitech from Target. I've killed MaxClark numerous times with it. I think that's good enough objective information, right Kauai?

I decided on a whim and got the Imperator! Better than the DeathAdder 3.5G because it's also got integrated memory and the ergonomics I'm used to from my G5. I was totally sold on the Xai for a while but with the driver issues and supported issues with W764b, I decided to give Razor a try. I might get the Xai in a year if the firmware and driver issues get solved.
I am NOT happy to have given up my horizontal scrolling (I used the hell outta those in games, especially in PR, and COD4). But I'll learn to adjust.
I'll let you know how it turns out after I try it out for a few days.
Aloha =)

BTW, I'm convinced the best mouse for the $ is the MX518. But if you lift a lot, then the Xai is probably perfect for you if you can afford it. It has excellent clearance.
