    I issued a perm ban for racism, I gave him three warnings first and he responded to each one. The n he continued to use racist language and told a black joke.

Dude.....evidence?  Unless we are now just taking peoples word for it?  Pick and choose the rules we are supposed to follow. 

To be completely honest, once in a while in the beginning fine, but I would never hand out permanent bans without something to back up what I am saying.

I am not comfortable with this.
