HAHAHA, That's alright Slayer it made me laugh till I was blue hee hee. But on a more serious note, it was a hell of a risk. I know it's been happening a lot without reprimand (only because there have been no complaints so I'm assumming it's all well), BUT using someone's photo like that (if they don't appreciate it) can be grounds for removal from the clan as it can seriously violate respect and a persons image. Therefore, from now on just ask the person permission first in a PM. That way you are safe. =P

Does this still apply to the members only area? cause if they did post there picture there and you posted there picture there its not as bad cause the picture was there to begin with, if you can get that..

Yeah it's slightly less of a violation on one's privacy to only post in in a private (controlled) area, but it is still a violation if the person is offended by it.
