This is detailing, the standards that are set by the "Special Tactics and Recon" team in LMC, holding record of the best INS team in North America. (and hopefully we'll hold that achievement)
These are the sets of qualifications in order to play in competition for the team and/or be accepted as a [sT] Mercenary.
Veteran Skill:
Qualify as Veteran in the [100-250m] and [50m-S.] accuracy tests for both the m16 and the AK47.

Demonstrate Basic proficiency at frag grenade and smoke grenade toss accuracy, as well as cover utilization.
Exceptional Skill:
Qualify as Veteran in the [100-250m], [50m-S.], and Basic in the [25m-H.], and [25m-S.H.] accuracy tests for both the m16 (or m4), AK47 (or L1A1/AKS74u), M9, and Makarov. (but not [100-250m] for M9 and Makarov)

Qualify as either:
- Veteran [100m-D.] with RPK and M249,
(or)
- Veteran [100-350m] with M14 and Dragonuv,
(or)
- Veteran [203-TEST] and [RPG-TEST].

Demonstrate Veteran proficiency at frag grenade and smoke grenade toss accuracy, as well as cover utilization.
Expert Skill:
Be tested Exceptional Skill

Qualify as Expert in the [100-250m], [50m-S.] and Veteran in the [SNAP], [25m-H.], and [25m-S.H.] accuracy tests for a combination of either the M16 or M4, and the AK47 or AKS74U or SKS.

Qualify as Veteran in the [50m-S.], [25m-H.], and [25m-S.H.] tests for both the M9 and the Makarov.

Demonstrate Expert proficiency at frag grenade and smoke grenade toss accuracy, as well as cover utilization.

Demonstrate skill level by beating another Expert Skill qualified team member at least 5/10 rounds in 1 on 1 combat with the rifle of your choice (M4, M16, AK47, SKS, or AKS74U).
Master Skill:
Be tested Expert Skill

Qualify as Expert in the [100-250m] & [SNAP] for the L1A1, AK47, AKS47U, m16, and m4.

Qualify as Expert in the [25m-H.], and [25m-S.H.] for the m9, makarov, m16, AK47, m4, AKS47U, m14, Dragunov, and L1A1.

Qualify as Expert in the [100-350m] for the m14 and Dragunov.

Qualify as Expert in the [203-TEST], [RPG-TEST], [PISTOL].

Demonstrate mastery of grenade accuracy and grenade prime timing

Demonstrate mastery of cover utilization, including mastery of the quick-shot.

Defeat 3 Expert Qualified Opponents on Sinjar [1 vs 3] (killing at least 1 with a grenade, 1 with a LMG, and 1 with a pistol), twice (once as a marine, once as an insurgent; both times attacking, capturing Delta Objective).
