In the future it might be better to also include a screenshot of the Tk's and of the harassment, You did manage to get him calling Ilag offensive names, but going by just that alone one could argue that the smiley face meant he was just joking around and without more of the chat it can be harder to prove your point. But I'm sure Five-0 will back it up but just in case it's always helpful to include as much info as possible on the matter.
