Is this game any fun? Never heard of it, also don't have the money to go out and buy it but was wondering if it was any good.

Well, I like it. I am kind of waiting for the rising storm mod and I wish I had more time to play. But it is funk you like fps type games.

ive actually heard that this game is bad, and not really an improvement from the regular RO. but ive never actually played it so im not gonna be the one to judge if i never played. but it looks pretty good to me. the graphis etc. and omni, do u know what video card would be the best for RO2 if you know?

Well, when it came out it was bugged like crazy.  They recently released a major patch for it though which has made a bunch of great improvements. It is definitely worth checking out now. If it was before, I would have recommended you wait.

The hardware requirements are not that great.  The game runs on the unreal 3 engine from several years ago.  I'm not sure on the specifics, but if you have a decent card from some years ago then it should be fine. I was running it on an ati radeon 9800 pro for some time and had no problems.

Personally I think it's the best tactical action shooter ever. It innovates in all the right ways, really hashing out the realistic details. It has a very realistic tactical feel, yet still is fast action and very responsive. My advice to everyone would be to get it if you can run it. Try the free pass and if it runs ok then get it. excellent game. My favorite. =)
