Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat is THE game, or well, a mod actually, from which it all started, it is the roots from which everything LMC is today came from, it features the classic insurgency maps such as sinjar, almaden, baghdad, hillah and many others.

It is by far one of the best games i have ever played.

I'm willing to set aside some time to give a crash course to anyone wanting to learn how to play this game or refresh their skills any others who want to help give some skill based tutoring is welcome to assist, or teach me also. Maybe saturdays time can be more skill based learning as well.

I will be available this evening my time, U.S. PST to do this I also have to check with a server owner yet whether we can use their assets to do this.

I appreciate the open attitude of Evoke to make this happen, It may be a little too soon and I will advise when I have do more coordination on the server use. I don't have the ability to host a server through my system and internet speed.

Maybe someone else can do this and get a server in LMC hands officially. 

We have use of a server in the evenings and at beck and call in the future the full support of its owner.

We will be able to lock if we need.

The password will be given later as needed.

Well game night Insurgency Mod. Inf. 10/11/14 was some great old times for a few of the LMC wearing players. Ofaceswife showed ZenPhire and myself. We had a blast along with great group of the public players showing up and playing along too. When we had the three LMC working together on a team we owned the rest through our team work.

That is the truth behind the tag LMC "Victory Through Teamwork- Larus Manus Concordia" I feel we have a few potential recruits of the players who showed and join in the fun with us LMC attendees.

please - to avoid confusion post the games selected for the weekend on the forums.. rn we have 3 people playing men of war, 2 on heroes & generals and a few people playing idk what, the goal of the events is still to have everyone on the same server

But we have people playing together and chatting together, I think the essence of lmc games night is successful in that regard.

It would probably be a better idea to just try to wrestle people into the game of choice after they have assembled in teamspeak.

Like Omni said, game night has been successful in that regard.  I kinda think its impossible to pigeonhole everyone into playing the same game haha, as everyone usually is in a different mood. I know I dont want to play INS or ARMA when I get back from work. I'm glad we've at least all been getting together.
