Insurgency Server Password

I'm kind of new to PC gaming.  I found insurgency and love it.  Some of the servers have passwords, one of which is a LMC push server.  It has a good ping and 10 people are playing in it and I would like to be one.  How do I go about getting the password?

I think it might be a test server, but you are always welcome to join LMC and fill out an application :D

It was passworded to host the 3rd week of round 1 Insurgency Championship Series (see: www.inswar.com for mor info on that event). The password is no longer set and the server should be public and open as usual. =)
